Do I have to start with the Brand Foundation?
Yes - and that’s intentional. It gives us both clarity before we move into ongoing work.
Think of it as laying steady foundations so everything that follows feels easier and more aligned.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
Not a problem. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. We can talk things through during a free 20-minute consultation and work out what would feel most helpful.
How do I book a consultation?
Just fill out the forms on the home or contact page, and we’ll get back to you and arrange a time that works.

What will we actually do during this stage?

We’ll slow things down and get clear on your brand direction before designing anything. I’ll guide you through the process so you’re never guessing what comes next.
How long does it take?

Usually 1.5–2 weeks, depending on feedback and availability.

Will I own everything at the end?
Yes. Once everything is approved, the final designs are yours to use confidently across your business.
What if I already have a logo?

That’s completely fine. We can review what you have and decide together whether it needs refining or if we build from where you are.

You send design requests based on your bundle, and I work through them step by step. Once one task is complete, we move onto the next. It’s structured, but never rushed.

Yes. Subscriptions run month-to-month, so you can pause or cancel before the next billing cycle. No long contracts, no pressure.

What's your pricing model?
We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
Do I have to commit to monthly support?
Not at all. You can complete a Brand Foundation on its own. Monthly support is there if you’d like continued help.
