A design task is one clear, focused request - for example, a set of Instagram posts, a flyer, or updating an existing design. Bigger or more complex requests may take more than one task, but I’ll always let you know upfront so there are no surprises.

That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re unsure, we can talk things through during a check-in or strategy call and decide what would be most helpful to work on first.

Each month, you can submit design tasks based on your bundle. We work through them chronologically. Once a task is finished, you can send the next one.

Yes - this step is required before any subscription begins. It helps create clarity and consistency so ongoing design work is smoother, faster, and less stressful for you in the long run.

Turnaround times depend on your bundle:
Basic: 2-3 business days
Medium: 3-5 business days
High: Priority turnaround
Timings start once all content and details are provided.

Yes. Revisions are included within reason and are part of the process. If a request involves a major change in direction or a full redesign, it may count as a new task — but this will always be communicated clearly.

Yes. Subscriptions run month to month, and you can pause or cancel before your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or hidden commitments.

Unused tasks don’t roll over, but the bundles are designed to be flexible. If you’re unsure how much support you need, starting with the Basic or Medium bundle is usually best.

Not quite - and that’s intentional. The bundles are designed to keep work manageable, focused, and high quality. You’ll always know what’s being worked on and when.

Yes. Once approved, all final designs are yours to use however you like. Lilly Rose Designs may showcase selected work in portfolios or marketing.

You don’t need to plan everything at once. Send tasks as they come up, and we’ll work through them based on your bundle.
